Magic: the Gathering and Pokémon TCG Singles Policy
Due to the volatile nature of the TCG singles market, we do not accept returns or exchanges on singles.
Sealed Product, Supplies, and Boardgame Policy
We do accept returns and exchanges on sealed product, supplies, and Boardgames. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your request is approved. We can only accept returns for unopened items. We will issue a refund, minus the cost of shipping, once we receive the return and inspect the condition of the items in question.
1. Contact sales@HQGaming.co.za to let us know you would like to return an item.
2. Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer, or in the package originally used to deliver the item.
3. Include the original order invoice or a note with the Order ID of your package so we can locate your order in our system upon return.

5. When your package is returned to us, we will email you to confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to five (7) business days to be posted to your account.
While we at HQ Gaming (PTY) LTD work hard to prevent problems with our orders, mistakes do occasionally occur.
Most orders placed on HQGaming.co.za are shipped within one business day, so it will not always be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order hasn’t been shipped. Contact us and we will try to stop your order from shipping. Once we can confirm that we stopped shipment, we are able to grant a refund. If a shipping label has already been generated and cannot be refunded, we will refund the value of the entire order minus the shipping cost. If your order has been shipped. If we are unable to stop shipment or if your order has already left our facility by the time you’ve contacted us, you will have to refuse delivery or return the item to us once it arrives.
We double check each order for accuracy, once when it is pulled and again when it is packaged, but it is still possible for mistakes to occur from time to time. If you receive an item that you did not order, you are able to return it. We will refund all shipping charges associated with the return of the item. Please note that all refunds can only be made once the item has been returned.
